How can I check availability for my wedding date?

Easy! Simply click the contact button at the top of the page and send me an e-mail. I always aim to respond within 12 hours. If you’d prefer, you can follow us on social media! Send me a message via our Facebook page, just click here


Do you require a deposit?

Yes. In order to secure the date we do require a deposit of £150. This is deducted from the total balance. After the deposit is paid, there is a 14-day cooling off period which means if you have second thoughts or anything happens, you’ll receive the booking deposit back in its entirety.

 


What payment methods do you accept?

I accept BACS payments as well as PayPal.


When do you require the full balance?

We require the full balance (which will be minus the £150 deposit) 2 weeks prior to your big day. If you find it easier to pay it off in instalments, that’s absolutely fine as long as the total balance is paid 2 weeks prior to your big day.


Do you record in 4K?

Yes. All of our films are recorded in 4K ultra-high definition. Generally we deliver in full hd which is 1920 x 1080. This is because 4K files are notoriously large and they aren’t the easiest to play on standard laptops. If you do want to have your final film delivered in 4K, just let me know and I’d be happy to sort this for you.


How is the final film delivered?

We deliver your final film onto a password protected area of Vimeo. From there you can watch, share and download your film onto your computer to watch at a later date. We do not offer DVDs anymore. If you would like your final film on a personalised USB, please let me know as this can be arranged at an extra cost of £150.


Do you offer drone videography?

Yes. All of our films include drone filming as standard. I am a CAA qualified drone pilot with appropriate public liability insurance. I can only fly though when the weather is safe to do so.


I’m getting married abroad, can you film my wedding?

Gladly! Please get in touch and I will be happy to quote you.


Can I have the raw footage?

Sure! I am more than happy to put the raw footage on a hard-drive for you. This however is an extra cost of £100. As the name describes this is RAW footage, meaning there may be shots that are unfocused or when I’m walking and forgot to stop recording, there are some bits of it that won’t be perfect but it will include all of the footage and audio from the day.

 


How long until I receive my final wedding film?

I try my best to put a sneak peak montage online within 24-48hrs – it’s always a lovely memento to see before you jet off on your honeymoon. The time it takes to receive your final film depends on the time of year. During quieter periods (December – April and October – December) your film will usually be ready in no-more than 4 weeks. During peak season (May – September) your film will usually be ready in no more than 6-8 weeks. I will always keep you updated with how it’s coming along.
